COMMUNITY STAFF TEAM

The Community Staff Team is an exclusive group that operates across the entirety of Pathos to ensure that the player receives the best playing experience possible. Our mission is to maintain a safe and inviting environment on the Roblox and Discord platform that encourages player engagement, respect, and the formation of friendships. We value impartiality in our work and ensure that everyone is subject to fair treatment within the game through punishment, fair trial and appeal.

We operate directly underneath the Office of the Administrator and follow a small hierarchy system which makes us a niche yet effective team that the community recognises as a trusted body, our number one priority is and always will be serving the community and upholding the values set by our team across all of Pathos' experience.

SOCIAL OUTREACH TEAM

The Social Outreach Team is a subdivision within the Community Staff Team.

It is their primary directive to engage the community the best they can via collecting public opinion, hosting large-scale events or increasing server retention levels. They are in charge of the majority of robux distribution within the community and are tasked with monitoring how in tune CST is with the community, advising Senior Staff+ on what operations to undertake to help maintain a high level of transparency and close connection with the pathos community.

Additionally, the Social Outreach Team lead our community creator program and is responsible for handing out all the exclusive discord roles within our communications server.

RECRUITMENT

A position within CST can be obtained in numerous ways. It's important to note that CST is an extremely exclusive team within Pathos and thus entry is not easy. Entry is granted via portfolios, handpicks or applications which are currently open.

Yo, My names Druss!

I'm your average college kid. I joined Pathos and took a quick liking to CST, the work they do closely complimented my commitments in real life and thus I decided to dedicate myself towards it until I eventually obtained the rank of Manager which you'll probably recognise me from. I saw CST through its best and worst moments and played the most crucial role in restoring it to how it stands today.

I eventually found myself fulfilled by CST, I had done it all and felt there was little more I could contribute to the department. In life, I try to stand by this one quote "Hit the ground running at everything you do and do it all.” To me, Pathos has always been more of a job than a game, It's given me plentiful experience and allows me to keep challenging myself and thus I decided to seek out another placement within Pathos which eventually led me to now with my elevation to Executive Assistant within OOTA.
